This house was perfect! Updated amenities, very comfortable, and steps away from the beach and pool. Hodnett Cooper, the property manger, periodically reached out to check on us and answered questions promptly. I highly recommend staying here!

Great location & space!

The property was beautiful, a lot of windows on the main level and was very open and spacious. The teens had a great time in their private 3rd floor loft while the rest of us bunked on the first floor. One of the beds was significantly comfier than the other two, but overall was a great stay. We saw an issue with water leaking into the primary bathroom from a rainstorm and they had someone onsite ASAP to take a look. I'd book this house again!

Beautiful house

A really really pretty house….my wife wanted to buy it!! The beach and pool are right there…and it’s 5 mins to all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely go back again and just live there! Yeah!

Amazing Vacation Home

Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was immaculate and exactly as described. The kitchen was one of the most well-equipped homes we have stayed in. Lots of room for everyone to spread out a bit. The location was perfect for all everyone that came with us. We will be back!

Coast Cottage fun

Nicely appointed Coast Cottage. This is always a fun area to stay and this unit was no exception. Plenty of room to stretch out. My kids enjoyed the loft with spiral staircase access. Hint to visitors of SSI- the island library is a real gem. And it’s in a picturesque location. You can get a non-resident library card for $12.50. My kids went to the library 3 times in a week.

Perfect House for Single Family

The location of this house on the island, the proximity to the beach, and the two pools within the community make this one of the top places to stay on St. Simons Island in my opinion. The house was plenty big for our family of 5. Getting to the pool and beach were easy. Plus, there are a number of restaurants within a short walking distance. The house had everything we needed including a separate ice machine that was very helpful in filling up coolers. The gift basket left by Hodnett Cooper was a welcoming surprise and a very thoughtful gift. For those traveling with infants or toddlers, the many stairs in the house could be tricky. Our three year old had no problem, but younger children might. Overall, we loved the house and will happily return in the future for another beach trip.

Beautiful beach house

We loved this beautifully decorated beach house! There was plenty of seating for a family meal or board games. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless! The property was close to restaurants, shopping, and a quick walk to the beach. Our only complaint was the loud construction next door to the house where the crew worked through the weekend starting early in the morning. We would definitely recommend this property once the nearby construction wraps up.

Great Last Minute Island Getaway

This was a great house that we were able to grab for a last minute beach getaway! The location was great, close to town and walking to the pool and beach. The house had everything we needed for a great and relaxing time! There were extra pillows and roll away beds tucked away, those and the bunk beds are great for kids, a little small for grown adults. Kitchen had all the necessities but it might be helpful to bring extra/large cookware for groups or big families. Would recommend and stay again, great value!

Family Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at Yellow Jasmine, with children, grand children and great grand children. We were close to the beach and pool and great restaurants. It would have been nice to be able to grill because with little ones we don't eat out every meal. Also a bath with each bedroom would be nice as well.

Nice house uncomfortable beds

Although the property is beautiful and the house is nicely furnished, the beds are horrible. We all woke up with backaches. Unfortunately we will never stay here again.
