"Stunning location with amazing views. Staff overall are friendly, polite and helpful. The rooms and beds are comfortable and clean (although the towels could do with closer inspection once they’ve left the laundrette)! The rooms with the kitchenette are the most useful compared to the standard rooms. The on-site grocery store is very useful indeed given how cut off the hotel is from the nearest shop by foot. What could be improved is the service in the restaurant; service is incredibly slow...

"Food was out of this world, it was buffet for all meals. Some of the restaurants like Jacks and the Italian restaurant was closed. but the bay restaurant made up for it. "
