"Check-in funktioniert leider nicht wie geplant, auf die von Expedia empfohlene Kontaktaufnahme erfolgte keine Reaktion. Ab 16:00 soll der Check-in vor Ort möglich sein. Gegen 16:15 war niemand erreichbar, die ausgehängte Telefonnummer wurde zwei Mal zu einem Anrufbeantworter weitergeleitet und der Call-Knopf am Tresor lief ins Leere.
Im Rückruf würde mir erklärt, dass jemand im Gastraum ist, der war jedoch noch verschlossen.
Danach erschien man dann doch zum Check-in"

I booked this place mainly because of the access to the pools next door (RapSoDie) which is now, unfortunately, closed for reconstruction. "Immaculately presented, spacious apartment. Extremely clean. Generous breakfast. Good facilities. We had difficult using the self check in system but phoned the help number and someone came very quickly, sorted it all out and gave us two beers too! Family run business. "

"I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay at this hotel. The view was stunning, and everything from the staff’s hospitality to the quality and atmosphere of the breakfast was truly excellent.
The room, including the bathroom and toilet, was exceptionally spacious and comfortable. I also had dinner at the on-site restaurant, which was delicious. I genuinely regretted that I was only staying for one night. It deserved more time.
One moment that stood out was during check-in, when a staff member kindly informed me that parking outside the hotel was free, while the hotel’s own parking was paid. I truly appreciated this level of attentiveness, even though I ultimately chose to park inside.
This is a hotel I would love to return to without hesitation."
