“After reading lots of negative reviews, I was worried my room not meeting our expectations. I booked a two bedroom villa. I was pleasantly surprised upon check in that we got our suite in the Ridge Pointe building. The two bedroom villa is a one bedroom suite with full kitchen and a studio combined. The rooms are renovated with a fireplace and washer/dryer in unit. Bathroom toiletries are decent quality Dove products. The balcony overlook the mountain and ski runs. The views are fantastic.……

“This property has everything you need for a family and friend’s vacation. We visited for a ski trip to Heavenly Ski Resort and were extremely satisfied with the property. It was a short 10 minute drive to the mountain. The only downfall to this property is that it is situated in mountain and if the weather is severe, driving can be sketchy. Other than that, everything was fantastic.”

“This is a gorgeous property. Lots of stairs and no elevator. The communications with the managers were excellent. The top condo was shut down due to a gas leak so we weren’t sure if we would have the entire building or we would be lacking the four bedrooms in that unit. They kept us well informed of the status and we finally did get to use the unit. Did I mention that there are an incredible number of stairs?”

“We all really liked the house, the view was amazing, neighborhood is quiet, house had a little side yard for the dogs (no fence). Be prepared for a lot of stairs leading up to the house and stair inside to get to the bedrooms. Kitchen had everything you need as to dishes, glasses, silverware and cookware. Fireplace in the living room was amazing addition for chilly nights. Plenty of parking and fairly close to lake and casinos. ”
