"Very nice hotel located in the Inom Vallgraven district of Gothenburg. The design and artwork in the hotel made it a unique experience that we appreciated. We opted for one of the rooms with a patio hot tub and were not disappointed. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We were under the weather and our first night the restaurant manager even helped bring my wife bring up our dinner so we could order whatever we wanted (not just from the room service menu) The location was fantastic, we could walk easily to shops, restaurants, activities, transportation, within 10-15 minutes. Its central location was perfect for our trip. The negatives were minimal. Not a lot of temperature control, (true everywhere we stayed, not a deal breaker) we slept with the door open most nights to cool the room or get moving air, a fan would be nice in warmer weather. It is an eco friendly hotel, but they were still using small shampoo and conditioner bottles. We would love to encourage them to completely move away from these. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to others. "

"I would have to say - “the is the world class BREAKFAST I ever had” I couldn’t believe it. It was a good huge bigger > my room-size of breakfast display; in rush of catching my train, the server give me a to-go bag. Isra the front receptionist is unbelievable, she helped me to call my Stockholm hotel for my left behind passport. Melanie, the mgr is very nice and friendly to provide me with direction for train office (trying to return to Stockholm for my passport) Thank you Isra ! You r the BEST ! And, she deserves a pay-raise 💕"

"The Pier is in a good location if you like it quiet although getting to the city centre is just across the water. Check in and out was friendly and professional. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast had an excellent and varied choice. Although it was very busy with AC/DC in town the staff coped well and still managed to make everything run smoothly. The only advice I would give is to book your car parking (if you require it) as soon as possible. "

Public transport into Gothenburg and out to the islands was very easy. We hopped about all over the place on buses, trams and ferries and had a really great stay. We would return! Thankyou! The room was cozy yet beautifully designed, with elegant details that added a luxurious feel. The lobby was breathtaking, and the restaurant offered both style and delicious cuisine. The terrace was a dream—the perfect spot for a peaceful drink in a chic atmosphere. The breakfast was amazing—while there were no omelets, everything else more than made up for it. The fresh bread was extraordinary, and the house-made pastries were deliciously addictive. My only minor issue was the TV, which didn’t work despite Sussi and Mali’s persistent efforts. Even after being told the system was fixed, there were still no channels—but honestly, with so much else to enjoy, it hardly mattered. A near-perfect stay—I can’t recommend Dorsia enough!"
