It was the worse hotel I have ever seen in my entire life. The room is so dirty and smell so bad. The blinds don’t close and staff are terrible to deal with and everything is blamed to their manager Ali. The shower is broken The place doesn’t even worth $1. Smell os smoking all over the hotel and the rooms. Security is beyond zero. It is beyond terrible and not recommended at all

Decent room. But fridge wasnt working and room had no tv. According to staff they were replacing a few things in hotel and I guess some rooms were left with no tv.

It was clean and had everything I needed. Check in was very easy. The only downside is Expedia advertised breakfast, but this hotel does not serve breakfast.

It was dirty, leftover food in the fridge, the night front desk is unhelpfull at all, said he is just there to be at the front desk not to help with guest issues

Not very clean. The bath towels smelled stale and the room smelled like food. There was also remnants of previous guest left throughout room. It unfortunately was not a pleasant stay.

I would not recommend this property at all and Expedia should take this property down. I went to my room and as soon as you walk in the lobby it smells like stale smoke and funk. The actual room was the same, it was dirty, stains on sofa, carpet was not vacuumed and the toilet was dirty and cracked up. I went back to the front desk and told them about the room. They switched me to another room and it was the same. The only difference was also the smoke detector was hanging down from the wall and was not working. Also the second room smelled like smoke and cleaner. I immediately left and returned the key. I did not stay overnight and was only in there for 3 minutes. The front desk told me to contact Expedia for a refund.When I left my asthma started to act up. It was the most horrible experience ever and I was in town to attend a wedding and drove 3 hours to be totally disappointed. I do not recommend this property to anyone at all. HORRIBLE!

It's clear that management has put in a lot of work updating the exterior of the property, but much remains to be done inside. The climate control wasn't working in our original room and we had to be moved to a different unit. The ground floor smelled strongly of cigarettes despite being a non-smoking building. Window screens were busted and torn in many windows, lamps in both rooms we saw were dented or twisted out of shape, and no soap was available for washing the provided dishes (our room had only one fork, 2 plates, and 6 drinkware items.) The staff we met were all friendly and eager to make our stay pleasant. I suspect the issues we observed are the responsibility of higher leadership within the hotel, leaving boots-on-the-ground workers to make the best of what they have.

The couches were FILTHY, the carpets had stains all over them! The Shower was moldy! And im not even exaggerating the disgusting filthy couches that looked like several different people just threw up on them, google review will have pictures to show how disgusting it was . And the staff did nothing to accommodate the disgusting couches, I showed desk clerk the Photos of the couch and she didnt offer a new room, no explanation to why they would give me a room with disgusting furniture Super UNCLEAN, Hallway smells like smoke and stair way as well, and not only that you can literally hear mice squeaking around the staircase and by the elevator. Open sockets everywhere, DONT BRING KIDS HERE ! Smelled weird in the room one of the rooms smelled like EXCESSIVE mapel syrup..
