“Room was not clean, not hot water in the shower, elevators not working, had to walk down from 7th floor pool area terrible. Checked in and sent me to a room that was occupied, what a surprise when I opened the door to people in the room, no clean towels for 2 days. Would not recommend”

“We love this property because it’s prime location. On the quiet end of the beach very convenient. The shuttle is right outside as is 7/11 and the rest is within a few block walk. The pools here are the best we spend our days hopping from one pool to the beach to another’s it’s nice they have a kids room and a movie room the restaurants aren’t very good but they are convenient and there’s a few options. The staff could be friendlier no one says hello or anything. The ice machine on our floor was……
