“Visiting Chingford (where I'm from) From New Zealand is a pain, so having somewhere comfortable in a good location helped a lot! Rebecca's house was lovely, spacious and comfortable - and Rebecca is an accommodating host! The location was perfect with easy access into central London, for those days when we didn't want to travel into central we were able to explore the beauty of Epping forest as it was on our doorstep! I highly recommend the property and we will most certainly be booking again……

“Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! ”

“Would totally stay here again! Everything was nice and new. Quite compact (especially the bedroom/bathroom areas) but it was entirely comfortable for a solo traveller like me :) It’s a private apartment attached to the host’s house, but you’ll have your own separate entrance to the outside, which makes it easy to come and go as you please. The neighbourhood was absolutely lovely, and felt very safe. Transit is conveniently located right at the end of the street, so I was able to commute……

“At first glance the property appeared a great find; clean, spacious and stunning bathrooms. It suited our needs for a birthday trip to London for a group of friends. We would be going to a Festival on the second day... perfect?! ...... What then transpired was a threatening interaction with the host - a Police car sighting on the street (which I later found out was for another residence in the street opposite) meant the host called us after 1am asking if we were causing a disturbance due to……

“It was really nice for all of us to have our own bedroom / toilet. Transit station wasn't too far away. Nice neighborhood. Shared living space was snug but nice.”

“Oldie worldie country cottage. Comfotable beds and plenty of towels and other toiletries etc. Everything you needed was there. Wifi and TV good reception. Lovely exterior view over field with horses, deer and plenty of birdlife. If you have more than one car parking may be an issue.”

“I’ve visited London many times and this property has been by far my favorite. Lowest price I’ve seen, Quiet neighbors, friendly owner, everything you could need in the kitchen to cook! (You don’t know how rare that is) I only had two small problems. The neighborhood can be pretty dirty with the surrounding neighborhood just dumping trash all over. My other other is the plumbing can be a lil wonky, maybe it was just us but we could only get the water in the shower to come out boiling hot or……
