"Best hotel if you plan to universal studios, staffs are very nice and helpful, room is spacious, A/C is good enough for hot days, highly recommend to rent a car for your trip instead of using rideshare or taxi, too expensive in LA"

"The front staff were not welcoming at all (not one smile) and actually a little rude. The included “continental” breakfast was lovely and fresh but is indeed continental, just cold cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, toast/bagels but on the weekend was crowded and there was no food, no seats, no service to get juice that comes from the waiter. The mandatory $45 valet fee was not a fun surprise when it was advertised as free parking. No microwave in the rooms, they brought one up but it kept tripping the outlet so wouldn’t work. The sounds from the highway below was pretty loud. If you are not someone who can sleep through that, then you might want to forgo. Oh and the patio door is locked which didn’t bother me till I started thinking what if’s like a fire seeing there was also no sprinklers. "

"The room was ok for the price , the location was amazing and near to bus to go universal studios just 40 min in busbor 15 by car, in general I think is a good option for a place to stay if you don’t want spend a lot in accommodation."

"Self parking was fast & easy to get to. Check in took a little long waiting on our room. Staff were all super friendly & helpful. They were constantly handing out popsicles to the guests. Hotel was clean but needed better a/c. It was rather hot. Room was super nice & clean. Room was a lil warm but once a/c was turned on it was perfect. Beds were nice and comfy. Bathroom was roomy and had a nice large shower. The only bad thing was when using the bathroom theres a weird window into the room that lights up and can be super annoying during the night. Pretty much wakes you up because it’s so bright. Other than that, our stay was excellent."
