“As we wanted to visit New River Gorge National Park, this house was centrally located & very close to Sandstone Visitor Center. Plan ahead for food & supplies, as it is remote and not much around. My husband wants to return! It's a beautiful area & loved seeing the river. We got used to daily visits from the train.”

“The Cozy Cottage was an excellent VRBO to stay at in Fayetteville. The house was comfortable and well kept. The owners were responsive, and we had great communications with them when needed. The location of the cottage was superb with a couple of restaurants (Tequila Taco Bar, which was amazing, and Secret Sandwich Society) within steps of the house, and Downtown Fayetteville within walking distance. Southside Junction and Pies and Pints are both a short walk away and highly recommended. ...

“A very cool old house in the center of Fayetteville, and within walking distance of every restaurant and the downtown shops we visited.The home is very tastefully decorated, and so welcoming. A great vintage kitchen, big dining and living rooms, 3 beds and 3 baths. We enjoyed the front porch in the early morning and early evenings. I highly recommend.”

“Needed a quiet place to stay in Princeton WV while working a job there for a couple weeks. This place was an absolute gem! Nice and cozy remodeled cabin in the woods. Definitely off the beaten path, but well worth the find. Would love to stay there again if the time and place called for it. ”

“Extended family of 13 stayed for over Labor Day weekend and we had a wonderful time. The views are STUNNING and with two levels of wrap around porches you almost feel as though you’re in a treehouse Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets and one lovely rainbow, wildlife sightings daily, and total peace and serenity. Comfy beds, plenty of seating for large groups. We spent most of our time in the cabin together, but Pipestem State Park is just down the road and the cabin is only about 20 minutes to...

“This place was perfect for our trip. It was very clean and spacious. The game room was a plus for our kids and teenagers. The home had a lot of essentials needed. The only problem we had was the stove was a bit tricky to use but we eventually figured it out. It was nice and semi private. Will stay again if in West Virginia.”
