“The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable with a small grocery and a cafe within walkable distance. Short drive or uber to the local train station. Utilitarian attached house; accurately represented by photos and listing. Small sounds amplified in the rooms upstairs - loud bed joints, small objects dropping on the floor, soft voices, snoring etc, echoed throughout the top floor.Bathrooms, kitchen, bed linens were clean. However, mirrors, windows, and vertical surfaces had streaky cleaning rag……

“This is the worst hotel in London. I was never sent my check. In code, it took 30 minutes to get through to them and finally get it. The bed was not clean in my room, there was a huge pumping noise so I couldn’t sleep. There are no staff on site-absolute disaster. This should not be on your site. Dreadful. ”

“Good and decent location 2mins walk to Earl Court Road, with bus stop, underground, restaurants, cafe, bar, supermarket along this street, close to Sainsbury, museums and Glocester Road Station too. Staff are helpful and nice with luggage storage service. The apartment is clean and quiet with air-conditioning, the room setting is same as the photo provided. With all the necesities in bathroom and kitchen, also iron, hair dryer, safe, free laundary facilities, even including cleaning pod, liquid……

“我認為這間公寓式酒店是倫敦最划算，最舒適的理想居庭。連續第七年來倫敦都是住住在此處。酒店地理位置理想，10分鐘可到South Kensington地鐵站，步行2分鐘有超市，房內有洗衣乾衣機，煮食爐具，餐具，雪櫃，多士爐，電熱水壺，對於旅遊日數比較長的旅客來說，真是超級理想。酒店剛進行完裝修，一切電器都更新了。前臺服務員非常有禮，十分樂意幫忙，我的朋友深夜不舒服，職員幫忙召的士，教我們去那間醫院，回來的時候還問候我們。今次我住了2天studio, 5 天1 房單位，共7晚，非常滿意。下次再來依然會住在這裡。”
