“We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. The outside area was very nice, the inside area is like a very rustic old north american cottage. Very old gas……

“We had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating except for not getting our room cleaned a few days. The food was great, entertainment every night, and we loved finishing up our nights dancing at the piano bar. ”

Initially, our room did not have elevator access, which the staff promptly addressed and fixed. Upon moving rooms, the complimentary wine and separated beds were not provided. “I booked this property through Expedia under stressful circumstances — Barbados air traffic controllers went on strike, my flight was canceled, and I was stranded along with many other travelers. I found this listing, booked it, received a confirmation number, and paid for a taxi to get there. When I arrived, the owner told me she had no room for me and that the property was fully booked.
