We had a fabulous stay at O2. The staff is AMAZING, friendly, helpful, there for your every need. The good is some of the best I’ve had from an all inclusive resort. Will return for sure.

We arrived early after coming from a cruise; the staff worked very hard to make our room available before the check-in time and accommodated our request for a late check-out. The food is really good in all restaurants. Never a shortage of sunbeds, and the beach guys are really happy to accommodate. The place is a short 10 min walk to the centre where the are plenty of bars and restaurants. A store opposite the hotel seems to stock anything you may need. The place is very clean, and the rooms are spacious.

Did have my room when I arrived sent first 2 day of my trip waiting to get the right room then tried to send me to their sister resort that was worst. We just got these and tried to make the best of it. Expedia really need to look into place because you mess up your name to not have my and put me and a bad room not refund me or anything the pictures on the site wasn't what I got at all bad experience never going back

The customer service here was great. I can honestly say all the staff was very welcoming and willing to help with whatever was needed to make my stay as pleasurable as possible. Jhené was especially helpful in organizing my excursion and making sure I was able to get what I wanted done during my stay. Some downsides are the hotel is beautiful but not as large as I expected, and the gym was very small, treadmill was out of service & it didn’t seem as though the gym was tended to daily. I went twice during my stay and the second day there were no cups to get water or towels available.

We had quite an eventful stay at O2 with a necessary emergency hospital stay for my husband. The resort staff was amazing! Helpful, concerned, all of them constantly asking how he was doing. Hugs from one of the bartenders when he returned! I can’t say enough about how well they took care of us! The food options were great. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with chef made omelets or any other egg option. Lunch options at Bluefin were great! And then there’s Oro! Outstanding food and service. I would highly recommend a stay at this amazing resort!

Not even close to being a 5 star resort. At $1300 a night it should be very good. The good points... the staff were very friendly, Oro restaurant was good, the live music was high quality and the hotel did a very nice job of New Years Eve. Hotel has 2 blocks, I'm sure the new one is nicer, but we had a room in the old block. Rooms are very dated and tired. We had to ask for clean towels 3 times in a 6 night stay. Sun loungers could be difficult to find and some in poor state. The beach is protected by large rocks, making it a little perilous to swim in what was a strong surf. They ran out of beach towels. The gym is very poor, cardio equipment limited and the sole treadmill was out of order. Breakfast buffet was ok, as was lunch at BlueFin, but service was slow and inconsistent. Not close to 5 star and really quite shocking considering the cost.
