The staff morale was very poor, very unfriendly employees. The hotel frequently books large group events and the space is directly below many rooms, one night the music and noise continued past midnight. The restaurant prices are extremely high and poor quality, we enjoyed meals outside of the property as a result. The pool was closed for most of the day on one day of our visit for cleaning but when it reopened it was really cloudy and we noticed a foamy film buildup on the side of the pool. On a positive note, cleaning staff was very thorough and our room was well maintained. The beach is amazing and the hotel location was perfect.
