“I have been to the crane about 5 times and everytime I visit I fall deeper in love with this resort. It’s clean, beautiful and the people are amazing they go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is great. I appreciate that there’s always a kitchen in the rooms. My only complaint is the lighting as a woman who does her makeup every night on vacation, better lighting would be phenomenal. “Although the hotel is beautiful, the staff were not Very helpful or kind. They don’t speak unless spoken too and don’t offer any help unless you ask. I think I’ve seen the cleaning crew on my floor 2 times out of my entire stay for 5 days and that fancy restaurant that had the castle by it the service was not the best either. I don’t even want to go into detail about that. Basically all that’s good about the place is how it looks and barely even that because they don’t keep up with it much”

“the front desk lady actually walked me to my room and went through the room features with me as I checked in alone. To the water sports attendants made me feel very welcomed and like I would do all the activities Mr. Fabian Jordan, Hotel Ambassador, definitely exceeded my expectations. He checked on me just the right amount of times where I didn’t feel bombarded with messages but I also didn’t feel forgotten. The rooms are classy, the spa is a 3/5 for me but the treatment was nice.”
