Comfortable apartment located in the heart of Syracuse, a few steps from the beautiful Palazzo Bongio

This elegant and comfortable 107sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a characteristic period building that still retains its peculiar characteristics, in an elegant setting in the heart of Ortigia and in the historic center. Our accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people and has a large and comfortable living room with a sitting area and a double sofa bed, a dining area and a kitchen, equipped bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, bidet and hairdryer. All the furniture is extremely refined and finished in detail and makes the atmosphere particularly warm and welcoming: you will feel just like you were at home!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and several kitchen utensils. Perfect for preparing quick snacks or complete meals.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.
Splendid terrace with parasol, deck chairs, table and chairs, offers the unique opportunity to relax outdoors.
Our guests will also have free unlimited WiFi, air conditioning in every room, iron and ironing board, drying rack, TV and heating.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.

We will give you tips and suggestions that will make your stay even more interesting and enjoyable.

For any question or unexpected we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail.

For check-in between 21:00 and 01:30 a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
EUR 30 from 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 40 from 00:00 to 01:30
Please note that it is not possible to check-in after 01.30, not even for a fee

Early check-in (before 3pm) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out the same day, so it can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.

All identity documents of the residents must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law.
