“We really enjoyed our short stay at Steddles. The house was very comfortable and clean. The facilities were very good and perfectly matched our needs. The location in Chi was perfect and very convenient. Just a quick note: we could not get the pedestrian gate to open.”

“This was our second stay at the cottage & it fits our needs very well. We are hoping to return on a regular basis, as it’s perfect for our needs. However, I do think there is room for improvement - spruce things up a little. The property could do with a deep clean. The surface cleaning is fine, but the taps, carpets, chairs and cushions, for example, could do with a good clean to remove stains. - The microwave is very old, as are a lot of the utensils and it would be a good idea to replace……

“We have stayed at Old Lock Cottage a few times and every time it has been a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cottage was recently renovated and decorated to a high standard. Home from home. There is parking for 3 cars. The Boathouse restaurant in the marina is only 5 minutes walk. A great cottage and one we will be happy to return too.”
