“Service, hospitality, staff were excellent. Mohammad, Yassin, The chef, & and the third server were warm, attentive and accommodating to our dietary needs. Few flaws of this property- this property is in a remote location, deep inside the village. Few rooms, particularly the nearest rooms to the office at the ground floor and the one at the top floor, smelled terrible. Not sure if the smell was related to the cleaning supplies used or the old wood furniture or unwashed area rugs in the room. ”

“This hotel is simply magnificent and worthy of a stay longer than the one night we were there. Ourzazate is a movie town, the Hollywood of Morocco, and this beautiful hotel is a tribute to the famous films made in Morocco. The suites are huge and elegantly appointed. The service is exceptional...and they even accommodated us a day later than our original reservation because we were delayed...with no hassles and great kindness. I highly recommend this beautiful property.”
