“Perfect location close to town and walking trails at Killarney House. Appreciated our large gift basket of goodies! The house was very roomy and loved all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Every night we enjoyed sitting outside with the fire pit!”

“Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Mulroe House und seiner Umgebung verbracht. Die Gastgeberin zeigte sich herzlich zugewandt und in praktischen Dingen sehr hilfsbereit. Anders als die anderen beiden Mietobjekte im Gebäudekomplex hat das Mulroe House keinen Blick zum Wasser hin, das hätte uns anhand der Fotos klar sein müssen, war es leider nicht. Dennoch haben wir uns in dem Haus mit seinen gemütlichen Ecken sehr wohlgefühlt.”

“Alles war genau so wie es in der Beschreibung war. Die zufahrt und diverse details zur unterkunft wurden uns kurz vor reise antritt zugesand. Alles top. Lediglich der defekte whirpool war etwas schade aber wir wurden vorher darüber informiert und haben eine erstatung erhalten. ”

“The house was absolutely perfect for a large group of 12 adults. We spent the majority of our time (when not out doing stuff) in the kitchen eating and chatting. The patio area was also really nice when the sun was out. The location was excellent with easy access to Killarney town centre (walk or short cab ride) and local attractions. ”

“Tucked away on the sea with a cozy old world atmosphere was the perfect location to celebrate a big birthday and relax. Wonderful views with big windows out and we swam from the back garden at high tide! Kitty was extremely helpful organising a bbq for us and very welcoming. I would highly suggest this house and it's perfect location right in the centre of Beara.”

“Couldn’t ask for a lovelier view and a more picturesque, peaceful location. Waking up to the loch view each morning is very special. Unless you are very hardy bring a wetsuit and have a daily swim it’s marvellous. (August - September was)”

“Everything about this property, and our stay there, was fantastic. Our group comprised seven family members - all adults - touring Ireland for two weeks. The five bedrooms upstairs - each with its’ own ensuite bathroom - couldn’t have been more perfect for our group, with one bedroom to spare. Everything about the house and property is exactly as it looks in the photos. Exactly. What you can’t see in the photos is the amazing host. Noelle met us on site even though our arrival was delayed, and……

“The cottage is as described. Nice touch is that the family history of the last Irish inhabitant is shown on the wall. Living and kitchen are rather dark. Conservatory is really nice and light. Local roads are narrow and winding so max speed of 80 or 100 km/hr cannot be reached. Hence supermarket (Kenmare) is 45-60 min drive depending on traffic. Supply of towels is rather limited: 1 bath towel per person for a 4 night stay. ”

“You walk down an alley and think oh my Christ where am I. It’s very low income/ refugee housing. But the apartment itself was clean and easy to access. It’s right downtown so walking to everything. Highly recommend teddys pub on a Tuesday night for the music and atmosphere. Tv stations didn’t work but it was a smart tv so able to use our Netflix. ”
