“When we just got into the room we saw 3 flies in the room. The floors carpet was really sticky. On the second day, after the room cleaning service everything felt wet, at night we could clearly hear our next room neighbors conversation. It sounded like they were next to me. The service in the lobby was perfect.”

“We loved the ocean view room and the convenience of the pool side bar to then walk right to the beach on the access path! Great for families with kids there are a lot of children ours are older so the beach was nice for us. ”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! The washbasin is so high that even young children can't wash their hands and brush their teeth by themselves. A……

“The staff at this hotel was top notch. The room was clean, the bar and restaurant services were excellent, and the location was perfect. Alex and the other front desk staff were extra special and attentive to us as we were celebrating my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday on the 16th. Marriott Savannah for the win. “Our stay could have been a lot better If the rooms wasn't so old looking and cleaner, we had a kitchenette in which the oven diir was broken about to fall off when u opened it, the hallway smelled like piss, long wait for the elevators, however the room had very good AC.”

“The elevator is broken and has been for months, and we were on the fourth floor. So, that was annoying, especially since we stayed several days and had lots of luggage. There is a ramp though. There is a balcony with a river running near it, but there is also the street view and traffic which impedes the peacefulness of the river. Everything else was nice. It was clean and the staff were friendly enough. Breakfast was good and they had an iced coffee option which was fantastic!”

“Only complaint is with housekeeping services. With our week long rental we were supposed to get a daily tidy service and a full clean on Wednesday. While we got the full clean on Wednesday, we never received the daily tidy service despite bring it to the staff and management’s attention. Valet staff was fantastic. ”

“The overall experience was nice I loved how the rooms are. The only thing I didn’t like was the elevators they where horrible hut besides that I enjoyed my stay I would come here just to relax ”
