Contacted host and was advised it had been damaged and would be delivered the following day. Did not get it until dinner time 2nd day of stay. “We were told the day of our vacation that our home was not available due to the city, shutting off the water for pipe repairs. After we were notified about that, they switched us to another home. The bedsheets wasn’t clean. They were dirty. The house was poorly cleaned. A big beehive was at the front of the entrance. Customer service was terrible.”
