"This property host never communicated with us and left us stranded without a place to stay when we arrived in Dallas. VRBO refunded our deposit but finding a hotel was challenging and we had to pay three times as much. VRBO said they will only refund us a portion of what we paid to find another place on the day we arrived to check into this property. Do not book here!"

"Communication was great, but the cleanliness of the place was bad with minor damage to the walls, floor and some of the handles. The shower curtain fell at midnight and while we were showering. There was a lot of animal hair and my socks were black on the bottom so I don’t get why they charge a cleaning fee when it’s very dirty. The stairs felt unsafe and are cracking. The neighbors dogs are super loud too. Overall a great location, but not really worth it IMO"

"Very nice location. Very clean and nicely decorated. It has all the amenities of home. The property manager was very timely and responsive. They checked in often and addressed any concerns we had. The only negative during our stay, which was beyond their control was the road construction that affected parking. Highly recommend "

"It is walking distance from any bar on Knox/Henderson, making it very easy to see the town. It is right outside of Highland Park, the safest and most beautiful place in Dallas. The apartment was perfect for our short stay, and even though it was old feeling, it was still very nice and kept up to date. "

"I really enjoyed this Condo. The decor is so cute and cozy and i loved the snacks and coffee bar in the kitchen. It was a pleasant surprise to find some water bottles in the fridge too! There is a really cute balcony that I wanted to enjoy but it was too dusty to sit there unfortunately. Also, sound travels fast through the wallsOtherwise, it was a lovely stay and great location, close to Roots Community in Carrolton which was a popular destination in Ramadan!"

"We had a very comfortable stay for 2 weeks. Jennifer, our host, was always there to support us.The house was clean and nice. If I buy a house later, I would like to refer to the interior.There are many things to see and eat nearby, such as museums and aquariums. There is also a tram that runs late, so it was a great location for sightseeing.If I visit Dallas again, I will definitely stay at Jennifer's house."

"Good location and space. Owner knew a chocolate placed in sconce had melted and dripped down wall, yet it was still there. Mug left in microwave with dairy was moldy and gross. Out of body wash, but rectified next day. No dressers to place clothes in either bedroom."

"Great location but the propert upkeep was lacking. The pool was green with leaves all in it. We brought stuff to swim but couldn’t use the pool. The inside was nice but there was only one roll of TP and one roll of paper towels. We still enjoyed our stay but property wasn’t as expected"
