"This was our second year at this property. We are a group of college athletes coming to St. Croix for a training trip at the St. Croix Yacht Club. The house is PERFECT for our group! Its close to the club, can fit a bunch of people. We cook dinners in the upstairs and downstairs kitchens. And of course hanging pools side after training is great too. "

"This is the third or fourth (?) time we've stayed here. The views to the north (Buck Isl.) can't be beat. Never needed AC because of breezes at the top of the hill. Pool and deck area are lovely. Bed is comfortable and it's nice to look out at night and see the cute pair of floating pool balls that are lighted and change colors all night. Like little pets! Everything in good working order. We especially appreciate that the owners always seem to be tweaking amenities (really nice beach towels this year, and beach chairs fairly new and in great condition - something that isn't always true where rust and sea air really take their toll). Love the big shower and good water pressure, small efficient kitchen and washer/dryer crucial to a 2-week stay. "

"This property accommodated six of us…… And hands-down this was the best home anyone of us had ever stayed at. The view from all sides was extraordinary. The amenities, the general shape of the property… Was top-notch and we’ve already decided that we’re going to we’d back again. This is truly one of the best trips our family has ever had? "Ok, let’s start with ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! Sara and Jon the caretakers are fantastic and friendly. The location is perfection, if you enjoy supreme privacy! The pool and beach are just what you need. The home is homey! Everything works. The property has some age to it, so be kind to it! This is not a fancy place. Read the few 3ring binder pages and you will have the knowledge required to facilitate the BEST EVER private family vacay. Wow, 443 characters and I have not even mentioned St Croix. The afternoon late sun on the white front steps is a forever memory."
