“Our room was located next to the outdoor AC units, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the constant noise. The bathroom also had a noticeable sewer odor. However, the staff truly made up for these issues. Every employee we interacted with was friendly, helpful and kind. Their excellent customer service was the highlight of our stay, and the hotel is fortunate to have such a dedicated team”

“Loved the hotel and especially glad laundry units were available to wash clothes on our extended trip. My rating would have been a 10+, however, when we received our checkout itemized bill, there is a $1.50 per day charge for using the safe in the room??? The amount is not significant, but the fact that we were charged for something we didn't ask for or use is! Thinking this extra fee needs to be eliminated to prevent other future customers from feeling the same way!”
