This beautiful waterfall is in Peneda-Gerês National Park. The good thing about all the rain on this trip is that the waterfalls and rivers are overflowing. This park is intensely beautiful and has lots of trails to hike. I look forward to another visit in the future.

Beautiful beautiful Peneda de Gerês National Park. There are loads of waterfalls, river gorges and hiking trails along with traditional Portuguese villages. Every hiker and waterfall chaser should make a visit. We stayed in Campo de Gerês and spent a couple of days driving and hiking in the area. It’s been raining every day on this trip but it’s lovely nonetheless.
