“Staying in this home is a vacation in itself! The hillside setting with spectacular views of the valley below is fantastic. We could sit out on the patio for hours enjoying the picturesque landscape, the saguaros and ocotillo, and the many birds that visit. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub each day. The home is well laid out, nicely decorated, well equipped and very comfortable. We felt it was a very special place and loved our stay there. Communication with the hosts was excellent and……

“Easy to get in and out of and the location is a 2 blocks from Arizona stadium. I had to take care of my folks who are in Sam Hughes which is right there. Very utilitarian and comfortable. I would stay again!”

“Very nice condo. The layout of the complex made it difficult to find the front door (which wasn't really usable because there was no parking near it). It was nice to have garage access, but it would help to have the unit's address at the door. Getting into and out of the garage was tight, but it was worth the effort to have the garage. Having an available washer and dryer influenced my decision to book the unit. There were plenty of restaurants located nearby. Overall, a clean and nicely……

Exactly what we were looking for (for comparison purposes) as we are here on a scouting trip considering Great Valley as a place to retire and looking at smaller condos/townhomes to buy. The most amazing thing: the view of the Santa Rita mountains!! Priceless!”

Got to see some javelina in the mid-morning - they just ate some grass and relaxed in the front yard before heading off, never gave us trouble even when we went outside (we didn't try to approach them). The view was stunning. Had a wonderful, relaxing vacation with my boyfriend and my friends. The beds were firm and comfortable. The location was quiet and beautiful but it was still close to Ina and the freeway.”

“The best view in AZ. Outdoor patio was oncredible along with the pool and hot tub. Spent as much time as possible out there. Ron was the perfect host and came through on wonderful restaurant sggustions. Pool table is a nice touch inside. Kitchen is huge and easily to navigate. House is enormous with plenty of privacy. Give this place a try, you wont be dissapointed. Firplace on the patio too!”

House is stocked with everything you can think of! Neighborhood is quiet. Keypad entry was smooth. House was very clean and cutely decorated. Beds were comfy. Both Target and Wal-Mart are within a mile drive. Proximity to U of A campus is excellence. I can't think of one negative about the house. Our return flight was……

“We stopped fo one night on our way back to LA. We chose Hotel McCoy because of its high rating. We were not disappointed. We found the hotel to be exactly as stated, clean, comfortable, nostalgic and friendly. We would definitely stay with them again should the opportunity arise. ”
