"The service was extremely poor. In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?"

"Waked by the sound of Fire Alarm at about 4:20 in the early morning. It was happened in the ground floor while my room was at the 3rd floor. Though fire fighters were about to leave, I could not find any reason to go back to my bed. Like many other guests, I left too, it was only 5 am."
