“This was, without a doubt, one of the worst and most disgusting hotel experiences I have ever had. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a strong smell of animal urine. The white bed sheets had visible stains, the pillows were dirty and stained as well, and when I moved the comforter, I found hair in the bed. The room itself was poorly maintained. Only one lamp worked, there were spider webs in the corners, and the towels provided were ripped and stained. The bathroom was just as...

“This is in a terrible part of town. Property was a mess. No ice machine or any amenities. We were given a coffee machine that had mold in it. We only stayed 1 of the 3 nights of the reservation which made the host angry. He said it was a 5 star hotel and that was charging us for the other 2 nights. I did take out cancellation insurance which made him very unhappy and he hung up on me.”

“There were no coffee makers or microwaves in the room. They were getting new refrigerators but they weren't in yet but for some reason they took out the Best Western refrigerators without waiting for the new ones to come. This hotel is no longer a Best Western, instead it is Spark by Hilton. There is no longer a hot breakfast. Instead they have a bagel bar. The bagel bar was good if you like bagels. Aside from that, there was oatmeal some cereal and a machine that spit out vanilla yogurt....

“Clean and quiet with nice amenities including A/C and a full size kitchen. One disappointment was the description said 3 bedrooms, so we expected 3 beds not 2 beds and a cot.”
