“The old lady at the front desk doesn't know what she is doing. She is rude beyond belief. Instead of taking responsibility for things, she quickly blamed housekeeping, the nightshift clerk, and the morning clerk. I don't need to hear you trash talk your coworkers. The housekeeper tries to hit on everyone, and he also trash talks his coworkers. I do not understand why he told me all about the morning clerks sex life, because that is extremely unprofessional. I don't really understand why the……

“Room was filthy, staff rude, no breakfast, despite it being advertised on the sign outside. I will not go there again!”

“Smoke detector in our room had a plastic bag over it. Front door to hotel was out of order. A large, white stain on the carpet in our room. In desperate need of updating. Lights on outside of elevator didnt work, so we weren't sure if it was working or not, turns out was.”

“I got upgraded to a king suite and it was a bit worn down, but it was huge. It had a whole separate kitchen with a big dining table, stove, oven, and full sized fridge. Very pleased!”

“It was ok for what I needed. Stupid that you do not have soap for the sink in the wash basin in the bathroom. Step in shower is dangerous and Slippery. Need a mat to stand on in the shower. It’s a law suit getting ready to happen.”
