“All of the staff was pleasant and kind! The resort was absolutely beautiful!!!! It had everything we needed! The pools and hot were amazing and outdoor space relaxing. We loved the fire pits! The evening reception drinks were extremely good... The best we ever had at an Embassy Suites. The only complaint about the evening reception was I wish their was a better variety of the snacks. We definitely will be back! Looking forward to our next trip to your location! ”

“The cabin was pretty great overall! It was clean and well put together when we arrived and everything worked well. The only issue we had was the ac didn’t seem to be working well for us, and luckily it wasn’t hot this last week. There is also a window ac unit in the loft that was a lifesaver at night. Would recommend to any small family or group of friends! ”

“The is hotel is a great location from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The staff are super friendly and the rooms are cleaned daily. You will have the occasional bear sighting at the back end of the property. ”

“Pros: 1) room is pretty comfortable and clean. 2) Nice balcony and good river view. Cons: 1) Kind of noisy since it’s on the main street. 2) Be an early bird otherwise there will be a long line waiting for breakfast in the narrow room.”

“We enjoy Gatlinburg very much. This is the first stay in a hotel/motel. Not bad at all. Clean bathroom and loved the balcony over the river. I would stay again”

“We have a river view room. The river is nice to listen to. Our entry and bathroom floor areas are a little dirty, but the sleeping area seems good. AC is working well. Hotel is non-smoking which is great!”
