“The location is beautiful as advertised. Beautiful views and a nice club house with a pool. Great place to kick back and enjoy. Taniya is great to work with. Just make sure she has your cell so you can text back and forth. Only thing is to make sure the fans are in the living room. It can get a bit toasty. But the ac units in the bedrooms were amazing. “Very nice coupel which is having this place, very personal and seems to be in the middle of the jungle. “The place is perfectly located, beautiful mountains view with an incredible sunset watching point. It has a great proximity to Santa Elena, Monteverde and all attractions around. Communication with the host is very smooth. Yaloco Chalet is semi-glamping accomodation though (tent door in the main bedroom), it is a bit challenging to rest when you have a light sleep - quite noisy with wind and/ or rain. "Al ingresar el personal muy amable incluso nos hicieron early check-in sin costo adicional. Nos dieron las cortesías vip de expedia. La habitación amplia y con espectacular vista al volcán. Servicio de limpieza excelente a solicitud, hasta acomodaron cosas y peinaron a nuestro peluche. Agua caliente sin problema. La comida deliciosa y el personal del restaurante maravilloso, puntos extra ya que en el desayuno del 31 de octubre toda la panadería y reposteria era alusiva a Halloween, estaba preciosa y deliciosa. Las piscinas maravillosas y con horario de lujo hasta la madrugada. La tranquilidad y paz de los jardines y en general fue excepcional. Muy buena ubicación, buen parqueo. Un lugar al que sin duda volveríamos y recomendaríamos a ojos cerrados."
