We like the simplicity of the decor and the lack of a TV. We also like that certain basic food stuffs are left (like salt and pepper) in case we forgot them. It's perfect. "

Bring an extra fan if you get hot at night for the bedroom but other than that the cottage has all you’ll need for your stay. Dennis and his wife were so sweet and checked in during the week to see if we needed anything. It was a great week of peaceful reading by the lake and fun swimming and floating. "

"Absolutely perfect relaxing lakefront house in every way! The bed was very comfortable, the relaxation areas were great, the fan really helped cool things off and the windows brought in just enough cool mountain air and the sound of the loons! The kitchen was also ideal. The location was spectacular, the views and the sunsets were not to be missed and an easy 10 minute drive into town with a good selection of restaurants and markets. This place in the summer is incredible but we are just as excited to take a look at this place in the Fall as well! These were the most incredible hosts we have ever dealt with, so accommodating, and so nice And they truly make this experience one of a kind! Run don’t walk to this unforgettable lakeside getaway!!!"
