“We had a wonderful stay at the little red barn. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive and we arrived to fresh eggs and cookies! We were easily able to get to Richmond and Williamsburg from this location while also enjoying peace and quiet while at the house. It has all the amenities you could need. My personal favorite spot was the screened in porch overlooking the reservoir! It was the perfect relaxing way to start and end the day!”

“The house was great, and accommodated our group of adults and teens very well. Pros:-Lots of bedrooms and sleeping space, with some nice separation between the spaces. -Great bathrooms! -2 washers and 2 dryers available, which was perfect for a large group.-The kitchen was stocked incredibly well.-2 living spaces, one on the first floor and one on the second, provided lots of room for us to spread out.-Beds were very comfortable.Cons:-Living room furniture looked very nice, but wasn't super...

“All members of the family loved this house. There was something for everyone. We all love to be outside. There was swimming, hiking, fishing, bicycling, and kayaking. We also toured Williamsburg and Jamestown, so there is so much to do. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We only wish that we had planned on more days to stay. ”
