"My stay at Route Inn was what I needed which was a place to stay for the few nights I visited with a friend who lives in the area. The hotel is a bit dated but the room was comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast. "

"Excellent facilities, friendly service, quiet atmosphere. It was the perfect accommodation with the right mix of camping sensibility and the comfort of the hotel. My friend and I spent a lot of time in the accommodation and auxiliary facilities, as it was such a wonderful accommodation to just fall asleep and leave."

"Probably not a busy season. When I check in nobody was at the reception. Only after I called out did a guy half-asleep came out from nowhere. Nobody helped me with the suitcases. This are services what I expected from a decent hotel"

"Everything about the hotel was amazing. From the room layout and appearance to the bar and staff. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I come to Japan."

"Modern Inn felt more like a hotel, than an Inn! Very suburban, but walking distance to McDonald's, Lawson. But we needed to take a taxi for real sushi."
"The staff were very friendly, and I appreciated the public bath being open until midnight โ such a nice convenience. The room was spacious enough for a solo stay; however, there was a slight odor that was a bit noticeable. Overall, still a comfortable experience."
"We stayed at the hotel as we went to visit the Shizunami Surf Stadium. Hotel was good but sort of isolated. There was only a McDonalds and a 7 Eleven close by. Finding a cab was impossible, so we recommend asking people at the reception to book it for you. They were very helpful! Wish we could have visited their spa but unfortunately if you have tattoos you are not allowed. "
"The room is bigger than I expected and is pretty comfortable. I love that they provide free noodles at night, free probiotics drink in the morning and free ice cream from 3 pm to 1 am. There is a public bath on the top floor, which looks very clean and nice but I didnโt use. The hotel is about .4 miles from Kakegawa station and is a good place to stay for going to an event at Ecopa stadium/arena. "

"Nice clean modern property. Area around is tea growing. The hotel is in a convenient location to catch train ( Shinkansen) and for major roads, paid parking around property is very reasonable. Would recommend "
