“We had a great stay at this cute log cabin in Big Bear. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The living room and dining area makes for a nice place to relax after playing in the snow. The deck and hot tub are an awesome spot to watch the sunset. ”

“The cabin was a bit run down. The patio door would not lock. I had to spend half of my first day waiting for a repair man. The repair man was very nice and fixed it for the moment, but again my first day was ruined. I left a day early because I didn’t feel comfortable there. ”

“Place was really fun the only problem that this rental was relayed to vancasa very difficult to communicate with. I had just checked out and realized we forgot personal belongings they would not allow us to go back in. That i would have to rent or pay money to have personal belongings to be sent to us. I was really dissapointed with Van Casa first time using them and last time.”
