“Stayed one night after a late night arrival to the airport before moving on to a resort hotel. I made arrangements with the hotel to be picked up at the airport. I confirmed the pick up on the day before and the day of my arrival. Yet, when I arrived I saw signs for many people but none with my name. After waiting 15-20 minutes I took a cab. The hotel then had the temerity to tell me that the driver was there and had waited 20 minutes. No! I paid in advance for breakfast. It was underwhelming.……

“It’s a beautiful property but a lot can be done to improve it ..
The food wasn’t very ideal for everyone , can you plz get a chef that can make regular buffet for foreigners please .
The WiFi kept going on and off it’s frustrating if you’re in a foreign country .
Other than that it’s a beautiful property , great staff just needs to be updated the furniture isn’t stable , the food is not good at all .
It’s nice they have an airport shuttle makes it so much easy to get to and from the airport……
