“The breakfast is very basic, and the elevators are slow and scuffed. But the staff is very incredibly welcoming and they have lots of items available if you have forgotte anything. The pool and hot tubs were very clean and well maintained. Our jacuzzi tub was very clean as well, which is often difficult in a room setting. Overall 5 stars!”

“The manager was nice - not else good can I say - 1 elevator and it was out of service our room was on 3 we were checking in at 2am- next day mgr moved us- ants in bathroom and on the coffee bar that had water and coffee grounds and sticky stuff still on coffee tray- carpet didn’t look like it had been vac’d…. And the last night and morning as we were leaving ants were in the bed and a black bug that I smashed on the bed- hoping it wasn’t a roach- breakfast area had fruit loops all over -juice……

“The room was great and the breakfast was pretty good, but I didnt find out the pool was closed until i went to ck in and that is the whole reason i booked this hotel. they couldnt even give a reason why or how long it was down for and this was on july 4 2026 very hot out too! was very frustrated”
