The property is in a great location for either visitors to Hannibal or travelers on U.S. 61. The front desk staff were very courteous and efficient. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. There was ample parking. The property could use some refreshing. Carpeting was a bit worn. Plumbing in room 309 needed work on that the toilet needs to be reseated and the tub was very slow to drain. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Staff was great and very accommodating. We took our pet and unfortunately there was alot of dog mess left from previous owners, which is just sad because you begin to understand why more hotels to not allow pets.

The room smelled bad when we opened the door, the carpet seemed to have ground in dirt, the little refrigerator made a noise so we turned it off, There were only two towels, the bathroom floor was very slippery when wet, wall thermostat would not cause the wall unit to produce heat in the morning , there was only one poorly marked handicapped parking space to be found

Fast check in with 2 employees. Left my pj's on the back of the bathroom door, called and housekeeping said they didn't find it. Not happy at all that they "didn't find" it so I could pick it up on my way back through.
