"The property was breathtaking, the animals were so fun to be around and Monica and Giovanni were the most exceptional hosts. You must have her cook for you, every item of food is from her farm or nearby farms and the food was perfect! We really enjoyed our time here with not only the accommodations but the company. "Staff were very nice and very helpful and accommodating. Especially Jhonny who went above and beyond . He promptly replied all my inquiries and communicate well during those times that our schedule was totally mess up . We checked in late plus our plane gor delayed and Train rerouted . In short , our schedule got bumped . As in super late the following day . He didn’t cancel our booking just like the other Hotels. We teally highly recommend this Hotel . Aside from very good and very helpful staff , This hotel is very clean . This Hotel is vey close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa . We stayed at the separate building because of number of room occupants . We got a family size room . Thank you so so much Jhonny for being considerate and helpful .
