"The location is amazing - one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. We rarely interacted with any of the staff, as there is no front desk/lobby as the ground floor is Starbucks. If you need anything, (luggage storage, questions answered, etc), you need to ask a Starbucks' employee for help."
