“I gave all 5 stars because of one staff member her name is Stephanie . There were some issues upon check , she handled it with professionalism and kindness . Room was very clean , I did not eat the breakfast but did do some grab and go . Wifi was hit and miss I could get connected but it was sporadic I gave up on it. ”

“No electrical outlets in bathroom for hair dryer etc. There were plenty in the sleeping area for phone charging.”

“Room was clean & functional. Front desk staff was friendly; check in was fast & easy. This property is dated a bit. Some upgrades have been done. Room had a slight musty smell that a squirt or two of air freshener could have helped. Breakfast was very basic; fresh waffles and cereal.”

“The room didn’t look like it had been swept/vaccumed, but it was dusted. The sink was clogged. A/C had to be turned down to 62 degrees Fahrenheit in order to be comfortable. The decor didn’t look too outdated. Staff was nice and polite but didn’t say anything when I mentioned the sink. In a pinch I would consider staying again. I didn’t stay for the breakfast, so I can’t give an opinion on that.”

“There was an error in our booking date. It was pointed out two days in advance, when we checked into a room at a higher rate. Both Expedia and the property declined to credit our account. We will not be patronizing either Expedia or La Quinta in the future. ”
