I love this property. Every time we are in Birmingham, this is our first choice. The staff is AMAZING! They make sure you are pleased with your stay. We love the property manager! Her customer service is EXTRAORDINARY! We appreciate the welcome snacks. We love the convenience of the location. The on-site snack store has great options, and this property's offering afternoon dining and drink options inclusively is UNBEATABLE! As long as this location exists, this is where my family and I will choose when visiting Birmingham, AL.

We chose this hotel because it had the highest reviews of hotels in the area. The hotel was fine. The staff were great. The hotel is tired but clean. I suppose this is the best you’ll find in the area. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of different options - and it was included…a bonus. I would stay here again if I can’t find anything rated better in the area.

Compared to other Drury hotels this one was old and the breakfast area was not kept clean. Additionally for what you pay for a hotel and the few people who utilize laundry services, they should be free. It cost $1.25 to purchase detergent another $2.00 for the washer and $2.00 for the dryer. All in quarters. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

There is a great seafood restaurant in walking distance of the hotel. They had excellent virgin strawberry daiquiris. The staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Everything was clean and well maintained, but the hotel itself felt really dated and the painted brick walls in the hotel rooms made it feel more like dorm room living than a nice hotel. The staff was very helpful and excellent with their service.

Lavonda and Marcus were outstanding! They met all our needs. The ADA mobility room was very good. Bed is high for wheelchair transfer and roll in shower gets water all over bathroom, but otherwise exceptional accommodations and service. Security guard was very active, too. Good location to food and shopping.
