I reserved and paid for a king bed room and they gave me a double bed room. The night manager couldn’t care less about his guests, and dog food for breakfast could have probably been better.

Breakfast was great and server did a good job keeping food updated. Facility was very nice and room was also very nice. Comfortable mattress. Front desk person was also very nice and informative. Overall good job. If we ever travel that way again we'll spend the night at that location.

Do not stay here. The staff was very unfriendly. They charged an extra 50 dollars to my card upon checking in. The pool was dirty and the outside gazebo was dirty with cigarettes, bottles and trash everywhere. My room had no light bulbs in the lamps. I got harshly spoken to when I asked for silverware to eat my dinner in my room. Very poor service and poor hospitality. It was so bad we left Saturday. We did not eat breakfast nor did we stay our second night. I wasted money and they were so rude about everything. This establishment should be closed down!!!

Front of house employees need to learn English, and how to speak clearly. This building needs a major overhaul. AC units are so loud that you can't fall asleep, and when they do cycle off, elevator (if your room is close to it) is loud, doors closing are loud. Hallway on the third floor smelled like weed at 5am. The bedding is a joke: The mattress was lumpy, the pillows were small and lumpy. I had to check for bedbugs (none, I think, but it was gross enough to warrant checking). Lighting in the room was inadequate. No fan in the bathroom. Shower ceiling looked like it was going to fall in around an access Who puts an access in the shower?? Bonus points for having a bar in the motel, but service was slow. We didn't dare order food from the looks of the place. Ewww. It was late so we only saw other staff ordering food, and there was definitely a language barrier there, too. 1/10. Recommend only staying there if you were desparate like we were. 1 because as soon as we got to the lobby and requested the free shuttle to the airport, we got a ride. Otherwise, there's better places in Birmingham

Bed was very comfortable. The shuttle for the airport was great on check in but had to take a Lyft in the AM because they don’t start running until 4am. No restaurants around after the hotels restaurant closed at 9 o’clock. Carpet was a little run down. I would stay again

The staff was super kind and welcoming, the lobby was well lit and clean anytime we came in. Breakfast was very good, and the option for coffee anytime was a nice touch. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
