“The location and the view were excellent. The hotel needs a lot of repair. Our room: the floor was damp, the bathroom mirror had weird burn like streaking, there was rust in the bathtub, the water pressure was excellent, the walls in the room had had paint touch-ups that did not match the rest of the paint. We were barely able to see out of the window because the seal on the window had broken and it was fogged over. The beds were firm but okay. Restaurant: the breakfast was what every other……

“Private, cozy place that’s comfortable, clean, and has everything you need. Nice small town area but easy access to Hamburg, Orchard Park, and Buffalo. ”

“Just a few things, the smoke detector in the living room is way to sensitive. The knives are worthless. No salt in the bucket. Take the useless desk out an put in a couch or a couple comfortable chairs. Driveway and parking area needed to be cleared better. ”

“This place is better than a back alley, but not by much. Weekend before Memorial day boiler still on and the room was 85 degrees had to open the door windows turn on the air it did not cool down until the next night. Cockroaches, they do not change the sheets inbetween guest, only thing the guy cleaning the room came out with are the towels, but i guess pretending to wash them works. Do not even ask about the bathroom, you are banging your knees to sit down and i think the shower was last used……

The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing.The location is fantastic; it is very close to the ski slopes at Holiday Valley, which made our trip incredibly convenient. We also really appreciated the host’s great recommendations for local activities, including hiking trails and restaurants, which helped us make the most of our time in the area.The host was very responsive and made the check-in/check-out process seamless.……

“It's a beautiful space away from home. Clean, spacious, with beautiful views of the lake. We were even able to go home with clean laundry.The host was lovely! Recommending restaurants, where we could find activities we were interested in, as well as checking to see if we needed anything. ”
