“Parking okay Staff friendly Nice size fridge Didn't like the floors Bathtub was old and dirty looking”

“Arrived at hotel and room was already prepaid. Took staff member at front desk over 30mins to check me in. She could not figure out how to check in a prepaid room from expedia. The next morning I check and she has charged me a second time for the room aswell. All the elevators were broken and the room was old, outdated and not very clean. As someone for loves IHG hotels, this is the worst one we have ever stayed at!”

“The property was pretty well maintained and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all a pretty good place to stay.”

“Arrival had to wait for someone to come to the front desk for a good 5-7 minutes. Elevators unclean, with odor. Studio/kitchenette room for two guests: one chair at desk their for where are you supposed to sit down to talk and enjoy your meal together. Staff are polite when you do see them speaking of the husband and wife team. Housekeeping I had to wipe down the walls, toilet and dust from headboard and etc”
