“We loved our stay at the house of Alice. It is a beautifully decorated townhouse with plenty of space for 4 people. The village it’s in is so nice too, with great views.Only comment is that laundry isn’t in the unit. You can pay to have it done for you though.”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel had very good facilities (e.g. a laundry). We had a room at the ground level with garden access which was quiet and cool. The staff was very friendly and always tried to help. What we missed a little bit, were some space for storing of clothes and luggage (there were only four hangers). There was also only one chair in the room which was officially declared as a three-bed-room. But all in all we were very satisfied. ”

“Very hard to find the exact location. Wifi not working, but Staff insisted my phone and computer problem. Breakfast included, but have to pay service charge for $9 per person per night, which not clearly stated in the description. The room smells a bit stuffy. ”

“Stayed here for five days recuperating from busy days in Rome. The garden was absolutely spectacular so quiet and quaint beautiful Italian love spending time in the comfortable chairs making home cooked dinner having wine visiting with Orchard cats as they cruise through the property. The host was unbelievably kind and generous loved the option of being able to purchase wine on the property without having to go into town. Speaking of town is about a 10 minute drive away Several cute places to……

“Wow! The property is just amazing! Located on a vineyard, it is in close proximity to everything. (Sienna, San Gimignano, Castelina di Chianti) The appartment was roomy and great for a family of 4. The view is spectacular and the restaurant has great service and food. I recommend without hesitation.”

“From our greeting on arrival by Raffealla and her team, we found the impeccable spaces and glorious Tuscan views a feast for the eyes.Accomodations were all clean, well-appointed, and as-advertised. (Some in our group found the beds firm, so be aware if you need a lot of cushion.Every suggestion, from drivers to chefs and photographer, was an introduction to another lovely, highly qualified professional. Inquiries were responded to promptly, and always with such warmth.We are each so thankful……
