Your staff are just incredibly awesome, super kind and helpful. From front desk, to lobby helpers, restaurant servers, nurse, housekeeping, they were all wonderful. Each of them treats their guests equally, regardless of color. We are a Filipino family but they treated us with exact care just as how they would for foreigners. I booked the business room, without knowing we’d get business lounge access. Unfortunately, during out stay my husband and I weren’t able to use the business lounge access. Kids are not allowed. I am so thankful they exchanged our free breakfast from BCL to the breakfast buffet downstairs without extra fee. The pool was under renovation which was fine. You’ll be busy exploring the city anyways. The convenience is 10/10! It’s almost adjacent to SM City mall which is why we chose this. Their service is 12/10! Would definitely be back at Radisson. "
