The staff are all extremely happy and pleasant when dealing with you. And several remember me from prior visits. The buffet meals are good food with many options/selections at each meal. (Breakfast was included in my rate). Room service was a good experience as well. My one "Pet Peeve" is they don't provide a "hand towel" in the bathroom...Only Bath towels. That issue was easily "self-corrected" with a $2 USD (100P) purchase at Ayala."
