“Spacious and comfortable room, very clean. Staff so welcoming and kind. Buffet breakfast was great, some items rotate every other day so it’s not exactly the same. Pools were beautiful, we came during the windy season so we swam in the 4th floor infinity pool. Casino was fun and hotel is located conveniently across from Ocean Park and SM Seaside. We travelled with one 5 year old so we ordered taxis to get around easily. Will be returning,”

There is 24/7 security, they screen guests and visitors well, 2 friendly front desk staff at all times. 5 maids clean your room in 5-10 minutes tops and you get 2 bottles of water and 2 rolls of toilet paper daily. "我訂的是海景家庭房有客廳、餐廳及二間臥室，下午四點check in 時，居然有一位男性服務人員（看起來像是主管級），告訴我說，目前沒有這樣的房型，他能夠給我二間一般房型（只一間海景），我當下就「堅定回絕」，我已經提早一個月付費且事前就拿到確認。 而且這二種是完全不同的價格。 經過櫃台人員的一番討論之後，另外一位櫃台人員說，房間已經在準備了，大概5分鐘就會好。 我感覺，那位男性櫃台像主管的人員，好像要唬弄我，我訂什麼房型就給什麼房型不知道這有什麼問題。 這樣感覺不是很舒服！ 其他的部分都不錯，環境優美乾淨，人員客氣有禮貌"
