“The room itself was a good size, but the humidity was unbearable. It was so damp that even the bed sheets felt wet. I left my suitcase open overnight, and by the next morning all of my clothes felt humid and had developed a musty smell after just one night. The rooms are carpeted, and because of the excessive humidity, dirt and debris actually stuck to our feet as we walked around. It was disgusting. To make matters worse, we woke up to bugs in the bathroom. We ended up killing about five of……

“Great hotel located super close to Mayo Clinic, you can use the subway and is 200 feet to the main building of Mayo Clinic and the Gonda Building. I love how close is to everything and the breakfast included.”

“Beds were comfortable. The king suite had stains on the couch as well as stains on the check in couches. Overall it was priced cheap and could just use some cleaning and stain removal.”

“Our room had old, well used carpet. It felt a bit damp. The building is older, so there are cracks and paint chips. However, I felt the room and bedding was clean. The breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the pool on a hot day.”

“Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin. ”

“The price was so good and I have to say it was a great value for all that was provided At the hotel. The breakfast was the best free hotel breakfast I have ever had. The hotel room and all public areas were just as clean as could be. It was an easy 20 minute enjoyable walk to the Mayo Clinic hospital. The free parking was one of my considerations for booking here and I was so glad I chose this hotel over some others. I will tell anyone else who is coming to this area about my wonderful……
