“Tiny bathroom. Internet could be a little stronger. Otherwise such friendly staff and nice hotel. Very nice pool area as well”

“The room itself was a good size, but the humidity was unbearable. It was so damp that even the bed sheets felt wet. I left my suitcase open overnight, and by the next morning all of my clothes felt humid and had developed a musty smell after just one night. The rooms are carpeted, and because of the excessive humidity, dirt and debris actually stuck to our feet as we walked around. It was disgusting. To make matters worse, we woke up to bugs in the bathroom. We ended up killing about five of……

“Well designed, quiet, fresh feeling”

“Staff unfriendly, no one smiled. The refrigerator and microwave did not work (was plugged in) the outlets were loose, windows dirty to look out, shower head and sink low, and just felt old and not up to par. For the price, I won’t go back. There’s many other hotels in that price range that offer so much more and better kept. The breakfast was not that great but maybe I’m picky. The thing that stood out the most was the unfriendly front desk employee who smoked weed out in the parking deck……

“Beds were comfortable. The king suite had stains on the couch as well as stains on the check in couches. Overall it was priced cheap and could just use some cleaning and stain removal.”

“I love everything about it. I stay here atleast 2 to 3 times a month and always have a very good experience. Staff is always pleasant except for my last stay from 06/25 - 06/31. There was a lady working the breakfast area was rude and closed the breakfast are early. I have never seen that behavior from Any staff members since I started staying since 2025 as I regularly go to Mayo/St Mary's. I hope she will not be there or change her attitude when I return. “Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin. ”
