“It was our mistake that we booked in Peterson not Lanesboro. Nothing to do in Peterson except use the bike trail—so more time in the car than we wanted for restaurants, shops, and the theater. Everything was fine at the B and B, but nothing was fantastic. Clean and quiet, but the bed wasn’t super comfortable and the toilet ran incessantly (in a small room the noise starts to bother!). The breakfast was fine, the common rooms were fine, the big porch was fine. The owner wanted to make the stay……

“This brand might be our new go-to. The room was incredibly spacious, the bathroom was well appointed and the breakfast had amazing options. We even had time to enjoy the outdoor sitting area. We loved the full size fridge and the downtown LaCrosse location was perfect! Plenty of free parking in their on-site lot or overflow across the street in a parking garage.”

“Breakfast was ok Rooms were good. Our only problem was the TV would only show a national news program over and over again. This went on for 2 days.Received a discount but rather would have the TVfixed.”

“True vintage kept pristine! Large pet friendly rooms with a view of the river & Main Street! Bikes, golf carts, fire pit with wood were all amenities that make your stay even better! Ashley, owner operator, messages us before our arrival and was there to greet us. I will stay again!”
